Abide provides dispensaries insights on customer experience and perceived therapeutic benefit of medical cannabis products. Abide surveys customers with questions focused on specific products, such as dose and frequency, was the product beneficial, and were there any negative side effects.
Abide correlates all survey responses back to specific products. We believe this feedback loop provides dispensary managers insights to reduce guesswork in inventory management, streamlines patient consultation, and builds customer retention.
Abide worked with medical professionals and researchers to develop relevant, unbiased, non leading survey questions. All questions are designed for quick and easy responses. Survey Response data is able to integrate into reporting systems and dashboards.

The Co-founders of Abide have been delivering data solutions for healthcare and agricultural solutions since 2018. Between them there is over 35 years experience in software development. Chris and Chad have the ability to quickly understand problems and establish incremental units of work to realize a solution.
